Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays or illnesses can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations directly affect our small business, stylists’ income, and the appointment availability for other guests. OUR POLICY: Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 48 hours will result in a nonrefundable deposit required to secure your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We will require a deposit to hold your appointment.
