What payment methods are accepted?We accept cash, and Credit or Debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have any questions feel free to call before you appointment.

What is your Cancellation Policy?Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays or illnesses can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations directly affect our small business, stylists’ income, and the appointment availability for other guests. OUR POLICY: Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 48 hours will result in a nonrefundable deposit required to secure your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We will require a deposit to hold your appointment.

Is there Free Parking?Yes! We have the luxury of a large shared lot. You can park anywhere near the salon for free!

Are you Kid-Friendly?Yes! We are very accommodating for children and toddlers. Whether it is their first haircut or they're a pro, we are prepared and ready for our littlest of guests!

What is your protocol for COVID-19?Your safety and health is our Number One Priority here at Halo Hair Salon. We have adjusted our scheduling to better adhere to socal distancing rules and we disinfect and clean between each client to ensure you have a safe and relaxing visit.
